Loved feeling at home with the friendly staff! the location by the river was amazing- we even saw a deer! Great spot for a quiet getaway, and had easy access to public transport. Best of all, the bed was super comfortable and kept us warm through the night.
The reception and common area was a bit noisy and crowded, which made us feel like we didn't have much privacy.

We spent our Christmas break in a riverside accommodation. The river views were amazing and the atmosphere was quite calm in the evenings. we enjoyed the warmth of the cozy room and the comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and welcoming, creating a home-like feeling.
The reception desk was placed in the living room area, making us feel like we didn't have enough privacy. The constant movement of people and distracting noises were an additional negative aspect.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, right beside the riverside. I loved that I could take a walk and see deer walking on the shore, which was so peaceful. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The lady who checked me in was so welcoming and friendly that it felt like I was visiting friends. Public transportation in this city was convenient, and there was a bus that stopped just a few meters away, making it easy for me to get to the Bay Arena even late at night.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
